Bukchon and Samseondong

Hello lovelies and sorry for my super late post! I was suposed to write this a few weeks ago but my midterms started, so I didn't have time... I apologize! x_x

Today I am going to talk about my walk around Bukchon and Samseondong with Hayoung. Hayoung is a very special friend of mine, she's a friend of Tae (Peter's friend) so we always heard about each other but we never had the chance to meet, haha. We even added each other on Facebook because we really wanted to know each other, and casually (well not casually haha) I ended up studying in Korea! :) So yeah, after more than a month in the country we finally had time to meet up and go for a walk around Seoul.

Hayoung picked Bukchon since it's the traditional Korean neighborhood, the old town of Seoul somehow and a very beautiful area to walk around on a Saturday afternoon (and it's both our favorite area in the city). It was still warm by that time haha, and there wasn't a single cloud in the sky! <3 The day was just perfect!

Hola amores y perdonad por escribir éste post tan tarde! Se supone que tendría que haberlo escrito hace ya semanas pero los exámenes empezaron así que no tuve tiempo... Lo siento! x_x

Hoy voy a hablar sobre mi paseo por Bukchon con Hayoung. Hayoung es una amiga muy especial para mí, es amiga de Tae (un buen amigo de Peter) así que por circunstancias de la vida siempre hemos oído la una de la otra pero sin conocernos, haha. De hecho nos agregamos a Facebook porqué queríamos conocernos y ser amigas, y casualmente (bueno, casualmente no haha) terminé yendo a estudiar a Corea! :) así que sí, después de un mes en el país finalmente tuvimos tiempo de quedar y dar una vuelta por Seúl.

Hayoung escogió Bukchon porqué es el típico barrio coreano en Seúl, como el casco antiguo y una muy buena zona para pasear un sábado por la tarde (y tanto para mí como para ella es la mejor zona de la ciudad). Aún hacía algo de calor ésa semana haha, y no había ni una nube en el cielo! <3 El día era más que perfecto!

We stopped by this café since it was super hot! Hayoung had an americano and I had a sweet potato latte... I was kind of skeptical about it, but it was soooo good!

Paramos en ésta cafetería porqué hacía mucha calor! Hayoung se tomó un americano y yo me pedí un boniato latte... Estaba algo escéptica sobre pedirme una bebida de boniato, pero estaba muy muy bueno!

I gave her the presents that Peter gave me (that Tae gave him) for her XDDD It's funny how this watch and this cream crossed the American continent, the Atlantic, stopped in Europe and flew to Asia until she got them! She loved both things <:

We had dinner at a very crowded restaurant in Samcheondong. Everything was so good ;_; And oh, juts like all Koreans.. . She insisted in paying! XD Sigh, thank you unnie! Her birthday was not so long ago, so I'm definitely think of giving her a little something in return ;)

Cenamos en un restaurante bastante popular en Samcheondong. Todo estaba tan bueno ;_; Y oh, como todos los coreanos... Insistió en pagar! XD Sigh, gracias unnie! Su cumpleaños fue no hace mucho, así que definitivamente le voy a regalar un pequeño detalle ;)

Now that we're finally done with our midterm exams we'll go back to hang out! ^0^ Can't wait to see her soon!
